On the occasion of our combined Science and World Book Day, we were greeted in the morning by some new friends: some with scales, some with sharp teeth, some with beady eyes. Lilian from Zoolab was brilliant in guiding our Rainbow children through such new experiences, allowing them to reach, to smell or to simply watch the critters, and in some cases for the critters to do the same things back to our children!

To round off a wonderful day, the children from 6M came and read beautifully to our children. There were whizzpopping interactions. These included shared eye contact, laughter, and hand support for tactile books used by some children who see better using their fingertips!
